La Table d’Uzès

La Table d’Uzès, a Michelin-starred restaurant with Chef Christophe Ducros at the helm, uses local produce from Southern France to concoct some of the region's specialities.

The Chef selects quality produce and the season’s best fruits and vegetables. Colourful and flavoursome tomatoes, courgettes, beans and aubergines ripen slowly in the sun before mingling with herbs in the kitchen. A pleasantly fresh cuisine that gives away the hotel’s location. The dishes go well with a good classic or regional vintage that will reveal every facet of the Languedoc terroir.

As soon as the sun comes out, La Table d’Uzès opens up the restaurant doors. You can make the most of the pleasant weather by enjoying lunch outside on the shady patio.
